Our payment policy applies to all the customers who would like to book any order at our catering company and let us be a part of making their events complete. In order to guarantee services, pre-payment is required on all orders. A deposit of 20% of the total payment value will be required at the time of order booking to confirm the order. The final 80% remaining balance due shall be paid a week prior to the function. Final payment for event charges in addition to those estimated on the event must be paid seven days before the event in any of the two payment methods that are acceptable for us i.e. Cheque or cash payment.
